I've reached my goal weight. Can I set a new challenge or maintain my weight?

Firstly a big congratulations for reaching your goal weight.  You can now set yourself further challenges:

  • Further weight loss
  • Maintain your ideal weight
  • Work on toning your body with an exercise plan
  • Follow one of our mealplans to enjoy the health benefits associated with a healthy diet
