Do I have to stick to one meal plan?

Each meal plan has been designed to provide specific health benefits and all of them have been designed to be healthy. Only by sticking to a meal plan can you be guaranteed to feel the health benefits associated with following the diet. However, as all meal plans are healthy, you can build your own by copying elements from all of them.  

Tip: Always make sure you include a broad variety of ingredients in order to obtain sufficient nutrition.
