I've burnt more calories than my Burn Target, can I eat those extra burnt calories?

If you've burnt more calories than you're target burn, the great news is you can eat more in order to support your exercise.

Your body will be craving further nourishment to compensate for the extra workout. Don't make the mistake of trying to lose weight quicker than the plan laid out for you. It's very hard to stick to a plan where you constantly feel hungry; you are less likely to succeed in the long term.

Look at your Weekly Summary every day to make sure your calories are balanced.  You may wish to save your burnt calories to enjoy at the weekend.  Aim to balance your week-to-date calorie figures to zero to achieve a successful weigh-in at the end of your week.
