Will I still lose weight if I don't achieve my daily target burn?

As long as you don't exceed your target calories (top line of your weekly summary) you will still lose weight. However, it will take longer to reach your target weight loss.  Regular activity increases your metabolic rate (the rate at which your body burns calories) offering you an excelled calorie burn, even when you're not exercising.

Simply speaking, regular exercise increases the rate at which you burn calories and this excels weight loss.

To lose weight each week make sure you keep an eye on your Weekly Summary.  Here the week-to-date figure keeps a running track of the amount of calories above or below your target calories you are for the week.  If this number is positive at the end of the week you are likely to gain weight.
