What level of exercise should I start at?

With three levels of training (beginner, intermediate and advanced), there are fitness programs to get you into shape with or without a gym membership.

If you are completely new to exercise try three ten minute brisk walks per day to feel the benefits of regular exercise. It really is that simple.

Peruse our workouts, there really is something for everyone. 

PLEASE NOTE: Please check with your doctor before starting any fitness plan.  Start at a lower level until you are confident to progress further.  Never over exert yourself.
