I'm going out celebrating; any tips on low calorie drinks and snacks?

Alcohol is extremely high in calories, second only to fat.

Compare the calorie content of all your favourite drinks and choose low calorie alternatives whenever possible.

If you know that you are going to snack then plan ahead.  Check the calorie content of every item.  There are many varieties and flavours of puffed rice snacks

TIP: Low calorie mixes are your best defence and have a glass of water between drinks.  Not only will the water fill you up, you're less likely to get dehydrated.  Dehydration is often mistaken for hunger and when our judgment is impared we are more likely to snack on high calorie foods.
