How to manage dining out and eating on the go

When dining out, try familiarising yourself with the menu of your venue online prior to arrival so you've a good idea what they've got to offer.  Try to steer clear of any rich sauces, cheeses, fried food etc.  Choose the healthier options where possible and if the portions are large remember not to clear your plate.
