Eating smaller portion sizes - help and tips

When trying to lose weight it's really important to eat the correct portion size.  From the articles below you can see the government recommendations for portion sizes.  You can be as healthy as you like but get the portionn size incorrect and you could find yourself seriously over eating.  

A recent report suggest that simply by using a smaller plate or bowl, you can reduce the amount you eat.  It seems clearing the plate signals to the brain that you're full.  Try eating from a smaller plate or try measuring out all your portion sizes.
