It's likely you will over-eat some days and under-eat others; try to balance this out over the week so that you're consuming the same amount of calories over the week.

Check your 'Weekly Summary' Report daily to balance your calories.  Aim to balance your week-to-date calories to zero by the end of the week to achieve a successful weigh-in.
