My calorie target seems generous, could I be over eating?

It's a myth that you have to be permanently hungry to lose weight. Many people following our meal plans are surprised at the amount of healthy food they can eat and still lose weight.

If you've successfully stuck to your daily food and exercise targets and you're not achieving your weight targets, request some help and we'll arrange for a diet mentor to contact you promptly.

Please allow for performance fluctuations. Your progress should balance out over a four week period, so some weeks you may be disappointed with your weigh-in. Hang in there and keep focussed on your goal weight; you'll get there in the end.
