I've stopped receiving Weightplan emails, why?

Firstly, check that we have your correct email address; Hover over the 'Account' tab and select 'Personal Details'  from the drop down menu. Check the spelling of your email address.  

Secondly, if your email address is correct, hover over the 'Account' tab and select 'Settings' from the drop down menu.  Scroll down to the 'Email settings' section and place a tick in the boxes in order to receive further Weightplan emails.
