How do I create a new exercise?

Should you prefer to add your own exercises you can do this by going to the exercise menu.  At the top of the exercises list in any category (e.g. biceps) there is the option to add a new exercises of your own.

Note: The Add exercises option is only available when you are editing your own diary

You can also add your own step by step images to any exercises you’ve created – enabling clients to see exactly how to perform your routine.

Exercises you’ve created can be used in workouts to create new variety.  The will be copied to clients’ devices if you share a workout that contains them.
