How do I recover my iPhone login and password?

If you are having trouble signing into the Gym Training App, try the following. You will need to be connected to the internet (via wi-fi or mobile) whilst registering for the first time:

  • On the sign in page type in the email and password you used to create the profile on your iPhone the first time you logged in.
  • Request a password reminder (using the email address you registered the first time you logged in to the iPhone App). This can be done by clicking the 'remind' button on the sign in page.  We will then send you an automated reminder email. 
  • If you can't receive the password reminder to the email account your registered with (e.g. your email address is not valid, or an old account) and you can't remember your password, you will need to create a new profile on the iPhone using the 'New User' button on the main homepage. 
  • If you 'opted out' of registering for a weightplan.com website profile (by unchecking the box at the bottom of the registration page) we did not send your details to our servers, and are therefore unable to access the password and login you stored on your iPhone. In this case we suggest you create a new profile on the iPhone using the 'New User' button on the main homepage.

Once you have recovered your password or created a new account we suggest you use the 'remember my password' check box on the sign in page - to ensure you can use the App on subsequent occasions.
