How do I add exercises to My workouts?

Add your own exercises to your workout by hovering over the 'Diary' tab followed by selecting 'Activities' from the drop down menu. Select the 'Create your own workouts' button. Here you will find any workouts previously created or if it’s your first creation the page will be blank. Press the 'Add' button to add a new workout.
Once you are ready to add your exercises, press the arrow button next to the workout description
Press 'Add new exercises'
If your workout has more than one day, repeat this process until you have completed all the days of your workout. Press save
You can now plan your new workout into your diary by pressing the 'Plan' button at the bottom right of the panel. Be sure to select the date you wish your new workout to start or it will start from the day in the diary you are currently on.
If the workout is a multiple day workout including rest days, these will be planned into your diary from your start date.
PRINT YOUR WORKOUT
If you wish to print you workout ready to take to the gym, hover over the 'Reports' tab, followed by 'Printouts' from the drop down menu.
